Terms
Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you commission reporting work from Service Routebase, of 88 Layburn Court, Treales, PR4 2BF, United Kingdom. By sending an enquiry that we accept in writing, or by paying a deposit, you agree to them.
The work
We prepare aftersales performance reports, service bay occupancy notes, warranty mix briefings, campaign ledgers, and throughput studies as described on this site and in our written confirmation. We do not supply software, dealer-management licences, or a continuing login. Packs and notes are written documents for the named aftersales contact and, where agreed, the dealer principal.
Your extracts
You remain responsible for the accuracy of job cards, clocking files, campaign exports, and any redaction of customer details before you send them. We may suspend work if files are incomplete or if we are asked to present occupancy as full when clocks are missing.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your raw extracts. We keep ownership of our templates, code maps we create, and the wording of covering notes. On full payment you receive a licence to use the issued pack or note inside your own aftersales meetings and board. You may not resell the pack or present it as another firm’s work.
Confidentiality
We will not share your labour figures, VIN lists, or internal codes with another dealer. We may use anonymised descriptions of methods in our journal. Site visits are subject to your induction and photography rules.
Liability
Reports describe what the files and, where relevant, the floor visit support. They are not a warranty audit, a health-and-safety inspection, or advice to dismiss staff. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).
Fees and timing
Starting rates are on the rates page. Confirmed quotes replace them. Deposits are due before a first visit. Monthly packs are invoiced in the week of issue. Late extracts move the issue date; they do not cancel the month if we have already reserved it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may pursue unpaid invoices in the courts of your place of business in the United Kingdom.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Work already confirmed in writing continues under the terms in force on the confirmation date.
