Reporting work

Recall and campaign ledger

A standing ledger of open manufacturer campaigns against vehicles already in the aftersales database, so advisors can see unfinished work before the next service visit is booked.

First ledger in about two weeks

Mechanic inspecting a vehicle in a service lane

Who it is for

Dealers under pressure from the manufacturer on campaign completion, or independents handling franchise work with a borrowed portal login.

What you receive

A ledger the service desk can sort by due date, remaining labour, and whether parts are on order.

Scope

Campaigns listed by the manufacturer for vehicles the site has seen in a defined look-back (commonly 24 months).

Included

  • Initial match of campaign list to aftersales records
  • Monthly refresh for three months
  • A desk note on how advisors should read the ledger without slowing the booking call

Not included

  • Parts ordering
  • Customer outbound calling on our behalf

Who prepares it

Service Routebase in Treales, using files you export from the manufacturer portal.

How the work runs

  1. You export the open campaign list and a vehicle-seen file.
  2. We match, mark conflicts, and return the first ledger.
  3. You send a fresh export each month for three months.

Time

First ledger in about two weeks, then monthly for three issues.

Where

Remote.

What we need from you

Portal export rights and a decision on whether courtesy-car and bodyshop VINs are in scope.

Limits we will not hide

We cannot see campaigns the manufacturer has not released to the site. Incomplete VIN records will appear as unmatched rows.

Fees

From £1,200 for the first ledger and three monthly refreshes at one site.

Confirm the manufacturer and whether bodyshop vehicles should be included.
